Easter butchery Guest chef

We are very excited to offer a special collaboration between two local businesses.

Locally renowned Starveall Butchers are famous for their exceptional meat and multi award winning Turkeys, all expertly managed by Callum Claridge who has a wealth of experience within the industry. Kicking off a series of collaborations, Callum will be showcasing his skills and passion for meat on a special Spring Lamb butchery course.

On the day Callum will be demonstrating whole lamb butchery showcasing in detail all the cuts and their uses before and guiding you in preparing your own very special cuts of top quality lamb including French trimming a rack of lamb and preparing and stuffing a prized lamb saddle followed by a practical cookery session with our own chef Simon Hartley giving you the opportunity to practice the perfect Easter showstopper.
